Damn you, morning and your buddy the alarm clock !
Those were my thoughts every single morning of my life until I decided to do a
little research on the topic. I came across a ton of stuff that did not work at
all, but I also found the golden solution.
Today I will share my secret about how I wake up in
the morning most of the time without effort and an alarm clock !
First things first… before going to bed you need to
relax and clean your mind. Sit in a comfortable position (you can meditate if
you want to). Just relax and breathe deep. When you feel sleepy go straight to
bed, jump under the covers – here is where the “serious” work comes into place.
1. Look at the clock for 1 -2 minutes. Remember how it
looks and how the numbers are drawn/displayed.
2. Close your eyes and take a deep breath – inhale and
exhale.
3. Try to imagine your clock how it looks and how it
feels like to touch.
4. Now try imagining your clock with the hour in which
you are going to wake up. Tell yourself “I
am going to wake up at this hour in the morning” and imagine it.
5. After doing this exercise jut fall asleep.
There are several possibilities that can come into
play in the morning:
- in the
first few days or maybe weeks (it depends on the person) you will wake up with
your alarm clock more easily
- as
time passes you will not only wake up more easily with your alarm but you will
be more relaxed
- and
finally when the time comes you will start waking up on your own, just on the
hour you’ve set up on your mind
Remember! You have fully to believe that this is
possible, and you can do it. Our bodies have internal metabolism clocks and
they know exactly how to be precise. Trust yourself and you will succeed. The
first time I’ve tried this it worked despite my doubts. Now I can wake up on my
own every time in the exact hour I’ve set up in my mind.
