Hello, friends !
I hope you are having an amazing week filled with happiness :)
Focus is the weakest point of most people. They find it hard to focus on what they are doing for a long time, or at all. I had the same problem some time ago, and I still get it sometimes, but rarely. It doesn’t matter if you have to study for that exam or you need to get you attention deeply on your personal goal – the problem is clear – FOCUS.

In school I always found it hard to keep my attention
on anything. When the teacher was speaking I was not always in the room. My
thoughts were spreading into 1 million other directions and I didn’t know how
to stop that. Every time they asked me a question I was like a deer in front of
the headlights of a car. Because I wasn’t keeping attention to what was going
on in the current situation. That got me in a lot of problems in my personal
relationships too. People were talking to me and explaining me things, but my attention
was just not there. Focusing on the current situation was a hard task.
One day I decided to change all of this because I was
sick and tired of not doing anything about it. So I started a list on some
tasks which I should focus more upon. The list was something like this:
1. I should focus in class more.
2. I should focus on what people are saying to me
more, instead of waiting for them to finish their sentence in order for me to
start talking.
3. I should focus more on my personal goals.
So I’ve developed a “system of focus” and started to
apply it, shortly after that results kept coming !
Stay tuned for part II – all about how I did it !
